Panasonic today announced a new professional camcorder in the CX Series, the AG-CX10 Memory Card Camera Recorder, the industry's smallest and lightest1 4K 50p/60p camcorder. Packed into a compact body and offering the mobility and portability demanded by professionals, the new camcorder is the first to include built-in Wi-Fi for remote control and will start shipping from April 2020.
Panasonic Industrial Medical Vision will present its innovative camera technologies at the Compamed 2019. The trade fair for high-tech medical technology will take place from the 18th to 21st November 2019, in Düsseldorf, Germany. The highlight for Panasonic this year will be the 4K-4MOS camera solution and the Ultra Small Camera.
Panasonic will showcase its new AJ-CX4000GJ broadcast shoulder mount 4K camera at IBC 2019. The product, which will launch in December 2019, follows the handheld-type AG-CX350 as the new “CX” Series lineup of 4K camera recorders.
The AJ-CX4000GJ is a B4 lens mount, interchangeable lens camera recorder that is typical for broadcast use. It is equipped with a large-sized 11MP image sensor and enables high quality 4K (UHD) image recording with a horizontal resolution of 2000 TV lines. It is also compatible with HDR, compliant with BT.2100 and BT.2020.
Panasonic will be demonstrating the latest innovations in virtual and augmented reality as well as slow motion replay broadcast capabilities at IBC 2019 as a result of its collaboration with leading industry players. The collaborations with Zero Density, Brainstorm and SImplyLive will demonstrate how broadcasters and content producers can reduce complexity and costs when incorporating the latest technology into their production workflow.
