Panasonic brings 4K clarity to ESCRS Congress
Panasonic Industrial Medical Vision is set to present its new 4K Ultra HD micro camera (GP-UH532) at this year’s European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ESCRS) congress in Lisbon.
The congress is to be held at the Feira International de Lisbon, Portugal from 7th – 11th October 2017.
During the event, Panasonic will demonstrate the 4K micro camera GP-UH532 attached to a microscope. With this approach, the 4K UHD resolution (up to 1600 TV lines) can be visualised to the visitors.
Panasonic’s Industrial Medical Vision, provides lightweight, flexible and high-performing systems. Micro camera technology, works not just for cataract, refractive and ophthalmic surgeons, but also for many other medical applications such as neurosurgery or microscopy.
The department focusses on providing coherent solutions, that address possible demands such as an applicable recording system: “Throughout the event, we will also be demonstrating the MedXChange 4Klarity recording system (GP-4KR100). This integrates perfectly with the 4K Ultra HD micro camera to provide a complete solution for capturing and recording the incredibly complex, intricate surgeries being carried out by those in attendance at the congress,” explained Margarita Zoussevitch, European Marketing Manager at Panasonic Industrial Medical Vision.
