Martyn Armstrong is a highly experienced and award winning leader and programme manager who has a considerable pedigree for driving change through innovation, enthusiasm and vision both in the UK and abroad.  Throughout his career he has become internationally recognised for conceiving, designing and delivering innovative training across the individual, team and collective training spectrums and has, as a result, been employed as an SME at both Government and Army Board level.

Having left the Army in 2012 after 23 years service he formed his own company to provide innovative synthetic training capabilities to the British Army.  This company was acquired by Cubic Defence UK in Nov 16 and Martyn now runs the division of the company which is responsible for delivering the synthetic training environment across their global portfolio.

Rebecca has a proven track record in driving business growth through no-nonsense, fluff-free marketing. She’s hugely passionate about the kind of technology which makes a measurable difference to British business and brings that to life through evidence backed customer stories.

Ron Caines is global vice president of sales and marketing at B2M Solutions, a mobile device performance analytics company that provides visibility into the issues that prevent businesses from optimising the use of their mobile devices and maximising their return on investment.

Caines has more than 20 years of executive-level sales, marketing, business development and general management experience within the enterprise mobility sector and prior to joining B2M he was president of worldwide sales and services for Psion Corporation, a company acquired by Motorola Solutions.

Caines joined the company in 2014 and is based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Android for Work is a program for supporting enterprise use of Android, which consists of product features in the Android platform, Google Play for Work, and other productivity tools. Android for Work is primarily exposed via APIs that enterprise mobility management (EMM) providers and enterprise application developers can use to deliver a secure, productive, and rich mobile experience to their users.


Leigh Davidson 


Director of Retail Manufacturers & Enterprise Account Executive

Leigh is the Director of Retail Manufacturers & Enterprise Account Executive at Augment. He joins Augment from another augmented reality startup where he was Commercial Director for Europe. Leigh helped the startup deliver AR capabilities and value to clients such as John Lewis, ShopDirect and Coca-Cola. Leigh is deeply passionate about emerging technologies and brings over ten years of sales and marketing experience from a mix of startups and IT software companies. He has held roles with global leaders including IBM, P&G, and 3DS.  



Erik Helms 


VP of International Sales, EMEA & APAC

Erik Helms is the Vice President of International Sales, EMEA & APAC at NetMotion. He is responsible for managing and growing sales and developing strategic partnerships for international markets. Since joining the company in 2001, he has held a number of senior-level sales and business development positions. Erik was previously General Manager, Channel and Business Development having responsibility for NetMotion’s channel partnerships as well as developing new distribution and reselling relationships for both North America and overseas. He was integral in taking the company into new markets and partnerships in Europe and Japan.



David Hunt 


Business Support Manager

My career at Hoover Ltd spans the last 24 years. During my time at the company I have held a number of positions with in the Service Department. Initially I joined the company as a Field Service Engineer, I then progressed to a Field Manager before spending 2 years as an Induction School Instructor. I then move on to the Special Projects Department dealing with Back Office support and development. In my current role as Business Support Manger I am now responsible for all IT projects relating to the Service Sector of the Business, developing new software solutions and ongoing development of our Current systems.



Nassar Hussain 


Managing Director for EMEA

Nassar is Managing Director for the EMEA regions at SOTI, a position he has held since joining in 2009. 
Since joining, Nassar has played a significant role in establishing strategic partnerships as well as building customer relationships to bring SOTI’s industry leading Mobile Device Management solution, MobiControl, to customers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. 

Nassar has successfully handled significant projects and accounts in key sectors, such as Transportation & Logistics, Healthcare, Retail, Government and others. He has deep understanding of many vertical markets, using this knowledge to implement effective and successful projects.

Nassar’s relationship with SOTI began as a customer at Interserve as a mobility specialist, deploying large scale mobile solutions for a number of national engineering workforces. 
Prior to joining SOTI Nassar started his professional career in IT, working for worldwide brands including Jaguar, HSBC and Vodafone, where a key part of his role was to train and enhance the experience of users, which has led to the importance he places upon user experience in his current role. 



Kevin Jones

Kevin has held board director and various senior management positions, in multinational companies, predominately in the electronics and electronic communications sectors, specialising in manufacturing operations, service and sales environments.

Kevin joined Panasonic in 2004 and is currently the Managing Director for Panasonic Computer Product Solutions in Europe. Kevin holds a Master Degree in Business and Administration (MBA). In his 'spare' time, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, swimming and watching sport.

Chris McKie

Chris joined NetMotion in 2013 responsible for EMEA business development 
and commercial activities as well as strategic account management. Prior 
to NetMotion, he headed up System Design and consultancy for RAM Mobile 
Data and then moved to Broadbeam from 2000 initially setting up their 
international operations and then served as General Manager, managing all 
aspects of their Global activities. Chris has work in the field of Mobile 
Data since 1984 designing and developing secure mobile data applications 
for many public safety, government and military organisations.

She has worked for two start-ups, holds an MBA from Cambridge University and has a background in computer science.

Jon Tucker

Jon is the Head of Product Marketing for Panasonic Computer Product Solutions (CPS). During his 18 years with Panasonic, Jon has gained extensive experience working as the technical lead in the deployment of mobile technology solutions with some of Panasonic Toughbook's largest customers, including British Gas, BT, Iveco and Ford. With a software engineering background, Jon has held a variety of operational and service management positions with Panasonic and for the past 6 years has headed up the European product marketing team.  Jon loves to watch sports in his spare time, especially with his son playing junior rugby and football and enjoys travelling.



John Vaughan

John Vaughan is the Technical Services Manager for Severn Trent Water responsible for the entire IT Infrastructure and associated services, he has worked within the IT function for 20 years in various roles and played a key role in moving the field workforce from a manual paper based process to market leading digital technology. He is passionate about creating a seamless colleague experience that helps drive efficiencies, always willing to embrace and exploit technologies to the benefit of the organisation and its customers. 



Martin Wilcox

Martin Willcox’s career in IT spans 17 years, 5 organizations and 10 roles. In his current role (Director of Platform and Solutions Marketing for International), Martin is responsible for articulating Teradata’s strategy and the nature, value and differentiation of Teradata’s platform and solution offerings to International customers, prospects, partners, 3rd party influencers and the media.

Martin is a “poacher-turned-gamekeeper”, having been a Teradata customer for several years at Co-operative Retail before joining Teradata as an Enterprise Architecture consultant in Autumn 2004.
