Circet Benelux equips 250 Dutch field service engineers with TOUGHBOOK 20
Circet Benelux has equipped its Dutch field service engineers with TOUGHBOOK 20 rugged 2-in-1 detachable notebooks from Panasonic Toughbook. The notebooks are used for daily work planning, reporting findings, and forwarding information to the back office in real-time. The brightness of the screen, long battery life, rain resistance, the five-year warranty, and CHG's leasing offer with a replacement cycle of the equipment have been the deciding factor for Panasonic TOUGHBOOK 20.
Circet Benelux is a field services company active in Benelux. With a team of more than 1,650 employees, they provide the development and technical support of telecom and energy infrastructure. Due to the rapid growth of the organization in recent years, there was no longer uniform hardware for the field service engineers. With the TOUGHBOOK 20, this is a thing of the past. All field service engineers now have the same equipment so that they can carry out the assignments for their customers in a safe and efficient way.
Tom Van der Aa, Chief Digital Officer at Circet Benelux: "in order to provide perfect customer service, the field service engineers must be optimally accessible in order to respond efficiently to the demand of our customers. Through our own Circet Service Cruiser cloud software, the work schedule is sent digitally to our employees. As a result, our services are very efficient and we can ensure that the most suitable field engineer for solving the problem is quickly present at the customer's place. The equipment meets the specifications and security requirements of our customers. This digitalization enables us to further improve the customer service."
Margot Lannoy, Country Manager Benelux at Panasonic Mobile Solutions Business Division: "We notice that more and more companies are starting to make the switch to hybrid devices just because of the flexibility these devices can offer their employees. In addition to this flexibility, the devices also offer the possibility to integrate all the functions that employees need into a single device in order to be able to work completely paperless with optimal connectivity."
