Award success for OpenPort Platform at InAVate Awards

Panasonic’s AF1 Series digital display has scooped the prize for Technology for Digital Signage at the InAVation Awards at ISE in Amsterdam.

Organised by InAVate magazine and ISE, the InAvation Awards take place on the first evening of ISE each year.

The AF1 series is part of the OpenPort PLATFORM™, a range of indoor system on a chip displays offering a self-contained digital signage solution, and is a significant improvement over the complex and unreliable Wintel setups of years past.

Panasonic technology was shortlisted for four awards at the show, which was held at the Gashouder in Amsterdam.

Accepting the award, UK Group Manager for Visual Systems Gareth Day said, “We have had a very successful start to ISE this year and we’re pleased to receive the recognition for the innovation that’s gone into the AF1”.
